Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how 1CTECH (14108779 Canada Inc.), a corporation based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada ("Scheduler0," "we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, discloses, and protects your information when you use the Scheduler0 platform, including the web dashboard, APIs, command-line tools, and client libraries (the "Service").

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account information — your name, email address, and authentication details, managed through our authentication provider, Clerk.
  • Billing information — subscription and payment details processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number on our systems.
  • Job and execution data — job definitions, schedules, callback URLs, payloads, execution results, and logs you create through the Service.
  • AI prompt data — prompts you submit to AI features, the generated output, and per-request metadata such as the model used, token counts, and cost. This is stored in a request log you can view in your dashboard.
  • Provider API keys — if you connect your own AI provider account (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, or OpenRouter), we store your API key encrypted and use it only to make requests you initiate.
  • Usage and technical data — how you interact with the Service, IP address, browser and device information, collected in part through PostHog analytics and cookies.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including executing your scheduled jobs and AI requests
  • Process payments and manage your subscription
  • Enforce plan quotas and rate limits, and detect and prevent abuse, fraud, and security incidents
  • Send transactional emails such as account notices, quota warnings, and billing receipts
  • Understand how the Service is used so we can improve it
  • Comply with legal obligations

Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we process your data on the legal bases of performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service, your consent where required (for example, for non-essential cookies), and compliance with legal obligations.

4. AI Features and Third-Party Model Providers

When you use AI features, your prompt and related context are sent to a third-party model provider — OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, or OpenRouter — either under our provider account or under an API key you have connected. Those providers process your prompt under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not use your prompts or job data to train AI models. Prompts may first pass through an intent classifier we operate to filter requests unrelated to scheduling.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information with service providers that help us operate the Service, limited to what each needs:

  • Clerk — authentication and user management
  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Amazon Web Services — cloud hosting, data storage, and email delivery
  • Resend — transactional email delivery
  • PostHog — product analytics
  • AI model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, OpenRouter) — processing AI requests you initiate, as described above

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect the rights and safety of Scheduler0 or others, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (in which case this Policy will continue to apply to your data until you are notified otherwise).

6. Data Security

We implement technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk, including encryption of data in transit, encryption of stored provider API keys, scoped and expiring API credentials, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure; if we become aware of a breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you as required by law.

7. Data Retention

We retain account information for as long as your account is active. Job definitions, execution logs, and AI request logs are retained while your account is active or until you delete them, subject to plan limits. After account deletion, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

8. International Transfers

We are based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and comply with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). Our service providers may process data in the United States and other countries, where it may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers, such as standard contractual clauses.

9. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate personal data
  • Request deletion of your personal data
  • Object to or request restriction of processing
  • Receive a portable copy of your personal data
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in Canada, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada)

10. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication and session management (essential) and for analytics (non-essential). You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking essential cookies may prevent you from signing in.

11. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated Policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date, and for material changes we will notify you by email or in the dashboard.
